Before writing: the app's own site answers faster

Most questions are about one product, and each product has a page where the answer usually already exists — how a feature works, what a subscription includes, how to cancel it. KAI Fitness support has the ten questions that come up most, written out in full.

What is worth writing about

• Something wrong in a product. Tell me which product, which device and which system version, and what you were doing when it happened.
• Privacy and personal data. Rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR are exercised at this address; each product's privacy policy says what is processed and how.
• Press, partnerships and business enquiries.
• A mistake on this site — a clumsy translation, a link that goes nowhere, a screenshot that no longer matches the app.

What we cannot do

• Refunds and subscriptions. Anything bought through the App Store is handled by Apple: they hold the payment, and only they can refund it or stop a renewal. Subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID settings, under Subscriptions.
• Support for other people's software. If the problem is the phone or the operating system rather than the app, this is not the right place.
